She began acting as a child and was first known for playing Vada Sullenfuss on My Girl (1991), and My Girl 2. She was a child actor who was famous for her roles in the film My Girl (1991) and its sequel, My Girl 2. Her role as Amy Brookheimer in the HBO series Veep (2012-1999) brought her six nominations which included the Primetime Emmy Award For Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series.
